Sandro Colarelli as Captain Anderson

The brilliant mind behind the E.V. Nautilus, the charismatic Captain Anderson is eager to welcome visitors aboard his ship to aid in his ground-breaking research, but there is more to the Captain than what lies on the surface...

Sandro is an award-winning Australian actor, singer and contemporary performance maker. He has received a Matilda Award for his roles in The Odyssey for Zen Zen Zo/QPAC and The Venetian Twins for Queensland Theatre Company for which he also received a Helpmann Award Nomination. He recently starred as Tony Goochera in Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis.

Bri Emrich as Sandy

Sandy is the only child of Captain Anderson. She has never been to the surface, never set foot on land or experienced life outside of the vessel.

Bri is a highly versatile, multidisciplinary artist specializing in dance, physical theatre, acrobatics, and aerial arts. She began dancing at the age of four in her hometown, Perth, studying all styles of dance including acrobatics. She went on to study classical ballet and contemporary at WAAPA (The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts). Bri began her aerial arts training when she was 17 while also training full-time in dance and acrobatics at Lee Academy. Bri has toured globally, performing internationally as an aerialist for Porsche, and as a dancer at many major national corporate events, including those for Westpac, NextGen and CommBank. In 2018 Bri was thrilled to be cast in Broad Encounters’ immersive theatre production A Midnight Visit in the role ‘Madeline Usher’. Most recently Bri appeared in the world premiere of L’Hotel, directed by Craig Ilott, at Adelaide Cabaret Festival in 2021, then at the Sydney Opera House in 2022

Meg Hickey as Salacia

Salacia is referenced by mortals in hushed tones. She is a purveyor of dark magic who exists both within the psyche and in human form.

Meg Hickey is a Musical Theatre trained cabaret artist and has worked in musical theatre, cabaret and immersive theatre throughout Australia and at sea. She has trained under Paul Sabey at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music as well as vocal and performative guidance from Amanda Colliver, Lala Witika and Melissa Agnew. Her recent work includes co-creating and performing sell-out cabaret Hush (Underground Festival); debuting magic as Harper Jones in The Purple Rabbit aboard the Pacific Explorer (Strut & Fret); creating her first one-woman-show Goodbye to Speakeasy HQ (Melbourne Fringe); playing the role of The Actress in the Brisbane season and the role of Virginia in the Melbourne season of A Midnight Visit (Broad Encounters); as well as performing as a regular cabaret artist at the Speakeasy Theatre in Melbourne.

Kristian Šantić as Stefano

By virtue of the continuous and mysterious disappearance of crew - and despite his colossal stupidity - Stefano has worked his way up in the role of Head Chef.

Kristian is an interdisciplinary performance artist, producer and director specialising in theatre, dance, and circus with a strong curiosity for experimental, immersive and hybrid work. Kristian is the co-founder and artistic director of companies Occupied Spaces and SpaceFold Technology and a key creative with companies David Carberry Productions, and Shock Therapy Productions. Recent works include: A Midnight Visit, The Time Travel Cafe, The Last Collection, Redlight Distancing and Sand. His collaborative nature and holistic training style yields collage-like performances that are heavily influenced by the utilisation of diverse modes of expressions: live projection, community interaction, large-scale spectacle, installation, and cinematography. Kristian’s experience extends across direction and production, creative consultancy, choreography, dramaturgy, film, and workshop facilitation.

Sho Eba as Trink

Trink is a charmer and a schemer, seducing and beguiling those around them.


After performing at Sydney Festival 2023, Adelaide Fringe 2023 and other Australian cities with Broad Encounters’ Maho Magic Bar, Sho Eba is thrilled to finally be performing in Melbourne with Love Lust Lost. Their professional career has taken them to the most extreme immersive experiences available in Australia. Sho Eba began as the acclaimed gothic poet, Edgar Allan Poe, in Broad Encounters’ Brisbane season of A Midnight Visit in 2021, then flipped from gothic horror to a magical night out in Tokyo as the provocative and naughty ‘hostess with the most-ess’ in Maho Magic Bar. Sho’s previous works include the feature film The Portable Door 2023, MAZE 2022 at the Brisbane Powerhouse. They’ve trained in Suzuki Actor Training with Zen Zen Zo, and Gareth Harris in traditional acting.

Callum Mooney as The Sea Creature

The Sea Creature is a hybrid creature: half human, half… something oceanic and mystical.

Callum is an Australian artist that has been working in dance theatre. Callum has been performing and creating work through a multitude of fields, contemporary dance, theatre, physical theatre and street-dance/hip-hop. As a performer, Callum has also worked with Chunky Move, Antony Hamilton, Dancenorth, Dream Dance Company, Caetlyn Watson, Sarah Boulter, Maxine Doyle, Stephen Tannos, Stephanie Lake, Lucas Jervies, Meryl Tankard, Cass Mortimer-Eipper, Charmene Yap, Legs on the Wall, Larissa McGowan, Projection Dance Company and Benjamin Hancock. Callum has also performed for Baker Boy at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. As a choreographer Callum has created four works, Train of Thought, at Annandale Arts Centre, The Artists Mind, performed at KABA Festival, Indonesia commissioned by STRUT Dance, and The Flying Nun Festival by Brand X, Cosmos commissioned by DirtyFeet, and Jeppee Peppee in collaboration with Jess Goodfellow at The Flying Nun Festival, as well as creating a dance work at Austinmer Dance Theatre. Callum has also worked closely as a movement director, choreographer and performer with musicians such as Keiynan Lonsdale, Macca 47, Second Idol and Friendless. Callum also was a finalist for RedBull Dance Your Style Australia.

Jeremy Lloyd as Chan

Chan was brought onto the vessel quite recently...The Captain has taken an interest in him, but he is not the only one...

Jeremy Lloyd is a first-generation Filipino-Australian Performer, movement director, choreographer and writer. Their intersections of dance, spoken word and ongoing studies of myth and Jungian Theory provides both pathways and platforms for them to explore and express their perspective & experience as a queer millennial of the Asian diaspora living with HIV, often advocating for representation, equity and inclusion for minorities and the marginalised. Their commitment to creative and performing arts spans the past 13 years across commercials, theatre, film, cabaret and cruise ships. Credits include Blanc de Blanc: Uncorked (Strut & Fret 2022/2023), The 38th House on the Left (Script Writer, Dir. Douglas Reddan, 2023), BVT for Rainbow Republic (Choreographer, World Pride, 2023) Out Leadership Australia Summit (Speaker & Writer, Lateral Events, 2022), A Journey Most Unusual (Puck, Broad Encounters 2022).

Chloe Towan as Claude

Claude has lived aboard the E.V. Nautilus for many years and is Sandy's best friend, confidante and protector... with their own story to tell.

Chloe is a creative based in Melbourne/Naarm. Chloe originally studied Musical Theatre and dance at APO Arts Academy, but since graduating has performed in a variety of different productions including Shakespeare, sketch comedy, musical theatre, children’s theatre, immersive theatre, and long-form improv. Some of Chloe’s credits include Time Lord (Innes Lloyd), Twelfth Night (Melbourne Shakespeare Company) and Sense and Sensibility: The Musical (24 Carrot Productions).

A founding member of Antipodes Theatre Company, Chloe has helped facilitate many readings and developments of new pieces. Chloe writes, produces and often acts in her own works through her own company Scary Goats Theatre, most recently the dark comedy Death Pretzel. Chloe is also writing and acting in her own ongoing audio drama, You, Fred & the Road Ahead. Chloe first fell in love with immersive theatre whilst performing in Mad World (David Butler Studios) in 2018.
